Message From The Director

Greetings Liberation Academy Families,

I’m honored and humbled to serve as Principal of Arrow Liberation Academy. My journey in education began in 2001 as a classroom teacher in the Houston metro area, and I’ve proudly served within Arrow Academy since 2009. Before stepping into the principal role, I supported the district as Data Director and Testing Coordinator.

I hold a degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a master’s in Educational Technology Leadership from Lamar University. My leadership is guided by a three-pronged approach:

Instructional Excellence – Supporting teachers with the tools and strategies needed to close achievement gaps and drive high-quality instruction.
Positive School Culture – Building a strong foundation of trust, accountability, and vision to foster a thriving campus community.
Transparent Communication – Encouraging consistent, honest communication to strengthen relationships and empower stakeholders.

I lead with purpose, passion, and an unwavering commitment to the success of every student and staff member. Together, we will grow, achieve, and rise—because our students deserve nothing less.

With joy,
Mr. Joseph Roswell
Principal, Arrow Liberation Academy
