Message From The Director
Greetings to the Harvest Falcon Family!
My name is Ni’Cole Gold (pronounced nee-cole), and I’m honored to rejoin the HPA family as your new Director. Originally from California, I served high school students as both a teacher and campus administrator from 1997 to 2012. Since 2013, I’ve been blessed to work with students in grades Pre-K through 8 here in the Houston community. I previously served as Principal at HPA from 2013 to 2015—and now I’m back, because there’s truly no place like home!
I believe that direction determines destination, and taking the right steps early on is key to reaching both personal and academic success. My mission is to ensure that our team empowers every scholar to become a self-aware, critical-thinking leader, equipped to excel socially and academically.
Our work is not easy—and it is never insignificant. With continued support from our families and community, I’m confident we’ll achieve great things together.
