LEF SCHOOL BOARD

The Leadership Educational Foundation (LEF) School Board serves as the governing body for Arrow Academy, providing oversight, policy direction, and fiscal accountability in alignment with Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements. The Board supports school leadership while ensuring compliance, transparency, and student success.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Arrow Academy is committed to the safety and well-being of all students, staff, and visitors through a strong school culture, positive relationships, and regular safety drills and security assessments. These proactive measures are designed to ensure that students and staff are prepared to respond appropriately and effectively in the event of an emergency.

FINANCES

Business and Financial Services oversees Arrow Academy’s budget, financial operations, and grant administration, ensuring fiscal responsibility, transparency, and compliance with TEA requirements.

SPECIAL POPULATIONS

Arrow Academy offers a range of special education services designed to support students with disabilities in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). We prioritize inclusive instruction whenever appropriate, ensuring scholars learn alongside their peers while receiving individualized support.

ACCOUNTABILITY

In compliance with the Texas Education Code and Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements, Arrow Academy publicly posts the most current accountability information, including State Accountability Performance Ratings, Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR), Federal Report Cards, and School Report Cards.

TEACHER INCENTIVE ALLOTMENT

The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA), established by House Bill 3, rewards highly effective teachers with increased compensation and supports Arrow Academy’s efforts to recruit and retain exceptional educators.
